How it works!
Today's network ready printers carry a MIB (Maintenance Information Board) which constantly monitors the
system vital functions.

Including maintenance errors, preventative maintenance signals, supplies levels (toners, imaging units, paper, even staples) meter readings. This information is then passed to our work controller via a Secure Scan Archive (SSA) Server using a simple SMB signal, who will take the necessary action to correct or supply to the systems needs. |

This means we will be aware of many issues relating to that system long before they present themselves to the users and we can in many cases cure faults or have supplies on site long before it would have otherwise being the case.
